We are pleased to announce a new registered commitment, made by Ecocity Builders, in partnership withICLEI, the Livable Cities Network, and the British Columbia Institute of Technology (School of Construction and the Environment).

International Ecocity Framework and Standards (IEFS) Initiative

This initiative aims to attain a balance between cities, human settlements, nature and culture.

By December 2015, the initiative aims to have completed the first draft of IEFS standards and indicators, in partnerships with cities, human settlements, their citizens/residents, international city networks and local government associations.
